Complaints

We want concerns about our service to be heard and handled fairly.

Raise a concern with us first

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact Lawyers Connect as soon as possible and explain what has happened. We will explain our complaints process and how your concern will be handled.

Scottish Legal Complaints Commission

If a complaint cannot be resolved with the firm, you may have a right to take it to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC), subject to its current rules, eligibility requirements and time limits. The SLCC normally expects a firm to have had a reasonable opportunity to deal with the complaint first.

Current information is available at scottishlegalcomplaints.org.uk.

Nothing in our complaints process is intended to prevent or discourage anyone from exercising a statutory right to complain.
